1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Zeem AI's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Zeem AI's services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

4. AI-Generated Content

Zeem AI provides AI image generation services. You retain rights to the images you generate using our service, subject to the following conditions:

  • You may not use our service to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
  • You may not use our service to create content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of any party.
  • We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we find objectionable for any reason.

5. Limitations

In no event shall Zeem AI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Zeem AI's website, even if Zeem AI or a Zeem AI authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Zeem AI's website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Zeem AI does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Zeem AI may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
